Our Major Objectives

1) To create corporate partnerships contributing industry expertise to education through the development of cloud services for standard operational processes benefitting all schools

  • Early education, K-12, charter, CPS, independent, Archdiocese and other religious schools, colleges and universities
  • School applications, admissions, office administration, facilities management
  • A donation that has a tremendous savings potential for every school, every year

2) To establish a national buying community of schools, and other non-profit and for-profit organizations who work together to gain the greatest price advantage

  • Office supplies, technology, communications, text books, food programs, building maintenance and employee health care insurance

3) To develop a supplier community

  • Best products, price and service, charging a 1% transaction fee to suppliers. Suppliers offer transparent discounts (i.e. 10%, 20%)
  • Make a Difference charges a 1% transaction fee to suppliers: half of which is donated to support better education and student health & wellness

4) To support quality education and health care and wellness programs for children in under-served school communities

  • To create a corporate partnerships with major drugstore companies to provide minute clinic nurse practitioners in under-served school communities with 300+ students and providing 5-10 in-school medical services (i.e. flu shot, strep test, wellness check) paid for through the state Medicaid program and using those reimbursable dollars to pay for the in-school nurse practitioner
